Nice man, it will be pimp with that crankset.
But you should upgrade your saddle, and put on some chain tugs if you don't already have one on the drive side.

150mm or 6" is still wayy too much for a Cowan I.M.O, just get a 4" (100m) travel dj/street fork like a Marzo. DJ or a GoldLabel or Argyle. That frame is made for a small fork, and more than 4" is just useless and causes many more problems on the type of bike you are building. You could even end up cracking or snapping your frame at it's head tube. A big travel fokr will work, but if you want your bike to perform like it is designed to get nothing more than 100mm. I would actually ride that Tora instead of a Z1 lol.

Besides that, nice build.. only a few things missing haha.

Oh and man cut your bars.. I have Deity too, I already took an inch off each side and I will take another quarter of each soon. They come uncut at 28" I think, but for the way you ride 25 or 26" would be perfect. Mine will be at 25.5" this season.

A front tire is genarally a good thing -- haha
But yea, your bike is looking pretty great, but once you have a front tire on and if you have the coin I would upgrade to (like ballabika suggested) an 08 white Deity Vendetta crankset, and maybe some better pedals.. maybe green 50/50's if they make em. And if you're undecided on a brake, Avid BB5/7 is the way to go (with a linear cable).

Not sure, but they look like those DT Swiss Fr's (rims).. But that is an intense table, he must have to almost let go of his bike to get it that inverted. Pictures like this make me want to quit trying haha.
